I specialise in Pilates, yoga, and holistic practices that cultivate strength, presence, and embodied well-being. My approach balances precision with softness, integrating structured technique with intuitive flow to create movement experiences that are both supportive and sustainable.

 

With a specialisation in Pilates Mat and Reformer, I lead sessions that are attentive, grounded, and thoughtfully tailored to individual needs. Each class is delivered with care and clarity, creating a space where strength develops alongside ease, awareness, and confidence.

 

Having taught in Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, and the United Kingdom, I bring a calm and adaptable teaching style shaped by my work with diverse clients, bodies, and intentions. My practice supports not only physical resilience but also nervous system regulation and a deeper, more connected relationship with the body.
